While you are in between Genyus workouts...

  • Pay attention to how your body feels after the workout. Mild soreness is normal, but if you experience any unusual or prolonged discomfort, it might indicate the need for a change in the weight you are using or following the trainer's form more closely.

  • Hydrate and Refuel: Drink water to rehydrate your body. Eat a balanced snack or meal that includes protein and carbohydrates to aid in muscle recovery and replenish energy stores.

  • Engage in light activities such as walking, leisure cycling, or yoga on your rest days. These low-intensity movements help maintain mobility and can aid in the recovery process by increasing blood flow to the muscles.

  • Allow your body time to rest and recover. Even after a mild workout, your muscles need time to repair. Quality sleep and avoiding strenuous activities immediately after a workout are important.
