Q: Is the personal trainer live?
A: No. Genyus Fit was created because sometimes we want to workout with guidance, but we don't want all the personal interaction. All the workouts are pre-recorded videos. All you have to do is follow the trainer's pace and form.
Q: What does the monthly membership fee give me?
A: You get access to the original Genyus Fit Gym Equipment and Body Weight personal trainer workouts. If you purchase add-on products, those are one-time purchases and the monthly membership fee gives you continued access.
Q: Is there a contract or can I cancel at any time?
A: Contracts are horrible. You can cancel Genyus Fit at any time with no problem.
